Category: Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Communication

  • Greet visitors professionally and manage walk-ins
  • Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
  • Provide accurate school-related information

Admission Counseling

  • Guide parents on academics, fees, transport, and activities
  • Assist with admission forms and documentation
  • Explain school strengths, facilities, and outcomes
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries for conversion

Lead Management & Reporting

  • Maintain inquiry databases and tracking systems
  • Update ERP/SIS and admission records
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead tracking

Coordination & Support

  • Work with teachers, accounts, and management
  • Support school events, meetings, and admission drives
  • Handle fee-related queries and parent coordination
  • Ensure proper distribution of materials and communication

Office Administration

  • Maintain front office cleanliness and discipline
  • Manage stationery, forms, and admission kits
  • Handle emails, couriers, and clerical tasks
  • Keep notice boards updated

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong parent relationships
  • Handle queries professionally and redirect when needed
  • Ensure confidentiality of student/parent data
  • Maintain high service satisfaction
