Branch Operations & SLA Management
- Monitor branch SLAs and ensure adherence
- Coordinate with head office teams (infrastructure, assets, services)
- Ensure smooth execution of administrative activities
Repair & Maintenance
- Implement and monitor repair & maintenance frameworks
- Ensure timely issue resolution across branches
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
Safety & Security
- Ensure adherence to electrical and fire safety audits
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Maintain overall branch safety compliance
Compliance & ISO Standards
- Implement ISO 9001:2015 guidelines across branches
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance readiness
- Track and complete statutory and AMC renewals
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain branch MIS data accurately
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track facilities, maintenance, and SLA performance
Coordination & Vendor Management
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments
- Handle vendor negotiations and development
- Coordinate new office setup and infrastructure completion
Asset & Facility Management
- Maintain company assets and property records
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility services
Travel & Supervision
- Travel to assigned locations for audits and monitoring
- Provide updates to cluster management
- Ensure issue resolution within defined timelines
