Business Relationship Executive

As a Business Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within the blue grey collar jobs industry. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients and matching them with suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs
• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
• Source and screen candidates for job openings
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the database
