Branch Relationship Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with branches, ensuring positive interactions and effective communication
• Collaborate with branch managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue and grey collar job positions
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training
• Monitor employee performance and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management
• Stay informed on industry trends and changes, adjusting recruitment strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment and employee relations
